Ordered one this morning. How long does it usually take to get one of these out? Are they completed and on the shelf, just waiting to get shipped to me and plugged into my Arduino?

The assembled units are indeed factory assembled and tested and ready to ship. We ship in 48 hours or less depending on the time of the order. You order will be at the post office by 3 PM today, and typicailly takes 1-2 business days going USPS priority mail to most locations in the US.
