Has anyone tried the GinSing lib on the PIC32 platform?
I'm looking to gst started with with the DIP28 PIC32 breadboard version and would like to build a 'singing synth'
Any pointers would be welcome

Sounds like a fun project, Yogi. The GinSing library is a C++ library that wraps the serial communication and register management of the Babblebot IC to create a functional API. The Babblebot itself is a PIC18, so if you are going to be writing code for the PIC32 it might be easier to control the communication directly between the two using the serial interface. The GinSing library is open source code, and the Babblebot IC spec sheet is also downloadable from the site.

I hope that helps.

Thanks for the info. As I understand, the ChipKit IDE is a port of Arduino for the PIC32. It has compatibility with most of the Arduino API and Libs but if there are AVR in-line assembly or such it can be a problem.
When I get setup I'll try it :)
